Terms of service

Payment

♦ All payments must be made upfront, if there is no queue, your commission will be started immediately, otherwise, your commission will be added to the next spot in the queue and will be done in due time.
♦ Payment must be made in US Dollars (U$).
♦ Payment must be sent via PayPal Invoice. I will send the invoice via Discord, FA note or e-mail, your choice.
♦ Your commission will only be approved once the payment is sent, the deadline for the invoice can be extended if needed, default deadline is 24 hours.

Fast Fees

♦ I do accept fast fees. Fast fees are 50% of the total commission's cost (U$10 commission = U$5 of fast fees, U$15 total)
♦ When you get a fast fee your commission will be started immediately.
♦ Paying for fast fees means that your commission will be started earlier, not that it will be done faster, be mindful of that.

Adding more items to Commission

♦ If you want to add something extra to your commission AFTER you've already paid for it you must pay a small fixed value thanks to the multiple fees that PayPal charges. The value is 6,4% + U$0,30 (Thirty cents).
♦ If you want to add the changes to multiple versions (NSFW, SFW, with specific clothing), an extra fee of U$2 per version will also be charged.
♦ You may add as many items as you wish, have your commission been started or not.
♦ You may not add new items after your commission is done, you will be instead placed at the end of the queue.

Refunds

♦ You are entitled to get a refund at any point once you've paid for your commission. The amount refunded is:
100%: If work has yet to start.
80%: Only sketch done.
50%: If inked.
30%: If colored.
10%: If shaded.
0%: If work is already complete.
♦You will receive the commission with the work done at the time of refunding, regardless of completion.
♦The amount refunded will be affected by PayPal tariffs (6.4% of the total value + U$0.30).

Commission Prices

♦ Commission prices may change at any given time. Works that you have already paid for but have yet to be finished will not be affected.
♦ Prices may vary depending on how much work/detail is asked for.

Work Process

♦ Digital reference is required if you want your character to have the ideal color palette. Works without digital reference may not have the exact characteristics as the original character.
♦ You will be sent the WIP (Work in Progress) of your commission, with the intent of fixing errors/making changes. You can make two free changes (extra changes will be charged $2 - $5).
♦ Minimal changes (adding a beauty spot, minor tweaks to limbs and poses, changes to expression, extra fur, scales or feathers) will not be charged and do not count as free changes.
♦ If major changes are made, each one will reduce the total value of refunds if requested. Each major change reduces the refund value by 10%.

Changes to Artwork (Rules)

♦ You are always entitled to ASK for changes on any work at any given time, but you must consider the following:
1: If the work has already been completed, you will possibly be charged for any changes. Although it's possible that free changes may happen, do not take it for granted.
2: When asking for changes on ANIMATIONS: understand that even minor changes can be extremely taxing - only the simplest changes to animations will be included, any other changes that require considerable work time will be charged.
♦You are NOT entitled to changes that are result of you, as the client, not clarifying/giving wrong references.

What kind of work can you commission

♦ I will do all kinds of work, nothing is off limits.
♦ Extra will be charged for: complicated mechas, excessive gore, offensive content, scat, some NSFW.
♦ I may charge extra for works not implied above without it being added beforehand.

Art Usage

♦ Buying my art gives you the rights to use it for personal use in any way, shape or form. If you want to use my work commercially, it can be discussed on Discord/DMs.
♦ You are allowed to post my work in all social media/sites, credit is not mandatory but much welcome.
♦ You cannot remove my signature on the commissions.
♦ You are not allowed to edit/sell my work.

Art Usage by Me, HMeme

♦ I, the artist, am entitled to post commissioned work on my social medias. If you've commissioned a work but doesn't feel comfortable having it shared publicly make sure to let me know beforehand, else it will be posted.
Same thing goes for NSFW commissions - you must warn me beforehand that you don't want it posted.
